MISA assists with service contracts for domestic workers

 

MISA knows how difficult it can be to draw up a legal document if you have no knowledge or experience in the field.

 

As part of your vast variety of MISA benefits, the MISA Legal Department assists members by preparing service contract for your domestic worker, setting out the terms and conditions of employment in line with the requirements of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

 

This benefit to members are included in your contributions at no additional cost.

 

By law every domestic worker must have a signed employment contract.
