MISA’s Soft Skills training helps you to better equip yourself.

 

Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field where the environment is consistently changing.

 

Whether you possess a formal qualification in the form of a degree or diploma or you have on-the-job work experience, you can always enhance your work performance through upskilling yourself and adapting to change.

 

In the words of Albert Einstein: “Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death.”

 

MISA believes in empowering our valued members to improve their skills so that they can apply for promotions or new positions.

 

That is why MISA members qualify for a maximum of three training interventions per year. This is included in the monthly contribution of each MISA member.

 

The soft skills training courses include: Telephone Etiquette, Health and Safety, First Aid, Receptionist, Employment Equity Committee Training, Microsoft Office Applications, Customer Service, Business Presentation Skills and Time Management.
